Use of the Service
Invbill provides tools to create invoices, receipts, and related business documents. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you create and send.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access to your sign-in methods. Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
AI-Generated Output
AI-generated output may contain errors or omissions. You must review all generated documents before using them for accounting, tax, legal, or client-facing purposes.
Messaging Integrations
When you link a messaging account, you authorize Invbill to process document requests from that linked private chat under your account, available credit balance, and saved business settings. You can disconnect a chat from Settings at any time.
Credits and Payments
Invbill sells one-time credit packs and does not automatically renew or top up your wallet. Paystack processes GHS purchases in Ghana, and Paddle processes USD purchases internationally.
Purchased credits do not expire. Promotional credits may expire on the date shown in your account and are used before purchased credits.
A fully unused pack may be refunded within seven days of purchase. A pack is not refundable after any credit from it has been used. A chargeback removes credits granted by the disputed purchase.
Acceptable Use
You may not attempt to interfere with service operation, bypass credit checks, access other users' data, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or upload harmful content.
Service Availability
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invbill is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
